  • What Is Your Order Policy?
    All sales are final. If you must make a change to to your order please send an email within 24 hours of purchase.
  • What should I do if my order is experiencing shipment delays from the postal service?
    Postal Service Responsibility: Delivery Delays: Once a package has been handed over to the postal service, the responsibility for delivery timing and any delays falls on the postal service. This includes delays caused by weather, holidays, strikes, customs inspections, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the postal service to locate it. However, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or undelivered due to postal service issues. Customer Responsibility: Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Contact Postal Service: For inquiries regarding delayed packages, customers should first contact the postal service using the tracking information provided. No Refunds for Delays: We do not offer refunds or credits for delays caused by the postal service. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we and the postal service work to deliver your package as soon as possible.
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    Please allow up to 3-5 business days to verify and process your order and between 5-7 business days for delivery. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders described as pre-orders will ship during designated window. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number once orders have been fulfilled.
